Instructions
- Prepare the Pan:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper for easy removal.
- Mix Wet Ingredients:
- In a large bowl, combine almond butter, pumpkin puree, eggs, and maple syrup. Mix until smooth.
- Add Dry Ingredients:
- Sift in cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, and pumpkin pie spice. Stir until just combined.
- Incorporate Chocolate Chips:
- Fold in chocolate chips for added richness.
- Layer and Swirl:
- Pour half the batter into the prepared pan. Add dollops of pumpkin puree and swirl with a knife. Top with the remaining batter for a marbled effect.
- Bake:
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool and Serve:
- Let brownies cool in the pan for 30 minutes before slicing into squares.
