Instructions

- 2- Mix Wet Ingredients: Combine melted butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and red food coloring in a bowl.
- 3- Add Dry Ingredients: Gradually whisk in flour, cocoa powder, and vinegar. Mix until just combined to avoid overworking the batter.
- 4- Incorporate Optional Ingredients: Fold in white chocolate chips if desired.
- 5- Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25–30 minutes. Use a toothpick to check for doneness – it should come out with moist crumbs.
