- 2 large eggs + 2 egg yolks

- 1¾ cups all-purpose flour
- ⅓ cup Dutch-processed cocoa powder
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional)
- For the Peanut Butter Swirl:
- 1½ cups creamy peanut butter
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare Pan:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- Make the Brownie Batter:
- Melt unsweetened chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl. Stir in vegetable oil, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Sift together flour, cocoa powder, and salt, then fold into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips for extra indulgence.
- Prepare Peanut Butter Mixture:
- In a separate bowl, combine peanut butter, softened butter, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Assemble Brownies:
- Pour half the brownie batter into the prepared pan. Drop dollops of the peanut butter mixture on top, then cover with the remaining brownie batter.
- Swirl the layers together using a knife or skewer to create a marbled effect.
- Bake:
- Bake for 28–32 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
- Cool and Slice:
- Allow brownies to cool in the pan for 45 minutes before slicing.
