Description

This easy peanut butter fudge is smooth, creamy, and requires just a few simple ingredients. Ready in minutes with no baking required, it’s the perfect quick dessert for any occasion


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4¼ cups sifted confectioners’ sugar

Optional Add-Ins:

  • ½ teaspoon flaky sea salt
  • Chopped nuts (walnuts, pecans)
  • Chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Melt and Mix:
    • In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in peanut butter until fully combined.
  2. Add Sugar and Vanilla:
    • Gradually mix in powdered sugar and vanilla extract, stirring until smooth.
  3. Set the Fudge:
    • Pour the mixture into an 8×8-inch dish lined with parchment paper.
  4. Chill and Cut:
    • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Once firm, cut into squares and enjoy!
