- Mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast in a small bowl. Let it sit until frothy, about 5 minutes.
- Combine Ingredients:
- In a large bowl, mix flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and softened butter, stirring until a dough forms.

- Cover the dough and place it in a warm spot to rise for 30–40 minutes or until doubled in size.
- Shape the Rolls:
- Divide the dough into 10–12 equal pieces (about 140 g each) and shape them into rolls.
