This homemade panini bread recipe is simple and quick, yielding soft and crispy rolls perfect for grilling. With no kneading required, it’s a must-try for crafting artisan-style sandwiches at home.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 300 g all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon active dry yeast
  • 160 ml warm milk
  • 30 g softened butter
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • ¾ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Yeast Mixture:
    • Mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast in a small bowl. Let it sit until frothy, about 5 minutes.
  2. Combine Ingredients:
    • In a large bowl, mix flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and softened butter, stirring until a dough forms.
  3. Let It Rise:
    • Cover the dough and place it in a warm spot to rise for 30–40 minutes or until doubled in size.
  4. Shape the Rolls:
    • Divide the dough into 10–12 equal pieces (about 140 g each) and shape them into rolls.
  5. Bake:
