- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated white sugar
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ¾ cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
- Mix in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract.
- Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Slowly add to wet ingredients.
- Fold in chocolate chips and walnuts.
- Scoop onto baking sheets, 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes. Cool before serving.
